1987	Maruti Tyres, the first enterprise of the RJ group is set up, engaged in the activity of Tyre Retreading was started, followed by two units in Latur and Nerul in 1989
1990	Best SSI unit Award conferred to Maruti Tyres by Govt. of Maharashtra
1990	Diversification of activity by entering into marketing services. Anmol Marketing Services was established to distribute Poultry and Cattle Feed produced by Hindustan Lever Ltd. (Now Hindustan Unilever Ltd.)
1992	Foray into Poultry activity by establishing poultry breeding farms with a capacity of 15000 breeders.
1993	First step in vertical integration of poultry activity. Khadkeshwara Hatcheries Private limited was established with a capacity to produce 0.5 million chicks per month.
1994	Diversification into fertilizer sector by starting the first unit of granulated mixed fertilizers of 40000 MT capacity by name Maruti Fertochem Ltd. at Latur with around 2500 farmers as its shareholders.
1995	Expansion of operations in the poultry by constructing layer farms with a capacity of 15000 breeders in lay.
1996	Construction of grower farms with a capacity of 50000 birds for in-house R & D purpose.
1998	A well equipped Nutrition and Microbiological laboratory was established in Aurangabad.
1998	Expansion of Broiler breeder operation by with a capacity to rear 32500 breeders.
1999	Started a well equipped hatchery with state-of-the-art machineries like Incubator machines, Egg grading machines under the company name Navjeevan Hatcheries Private Limited. This hatchery has capacity to hatch one million chicks per month.
1999	Separate brooding and growing farms were established in isolated area for greater bio security with a capacity to brood 20000 broiler breeders and growing capacity for 40000 breeders. This can be expanded three times in future.
2000	Maruti Fertochem Ltd. started its another two units of granulated mixed fertilsers at Aurangabad (MS) and Hospet (Karnataka) of combined capacity of 80,000 MT.
	ISO certification by DNV, Netherlands bestowed to Khadkeshwar Hatcheries and Navjeevan Hatcheries.
	Upgradation of existing feed mill capacity from 50 MT to 100 MT per day.
2001	Khadkeshwar Oil Mills Pvt. Ltd. was started to manufacture neem based natural pesticides and soil conditioners at Chikalthana.
2001	Started construction of new broiler breeder & laying farm with a capacity to breed 30000 birds in Jambhali, Village, Tal-Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad.
2002	Best SSI unit Award conferred to Khadkeshwar Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd. by Govt. of Maharashtra.
2003	Entered into JV agreement with Japfa Comfeed Indonesia to start GP operations in India.
	The GP operations in the name of Central India Poultry Breeders Private Limited JV company was started
2004	Contract Farming Division (CFD) for Broilers was started in Maharashtra.
2004	Neem India Products. Pvt. Ltd. was started to produce neem based natural pesticides and soil conditioners at Bokud Jalgaon. The company exports its products to many developed countries.
2005	R J Biotech Pvt. Ltd. started with R & D activities of Biotechnology in cash crops, vegetable and plantation crops.
2006	Contract Breeding Farms (CBF) Operations was started in Bangalore.
2006	Expansion of feed mill operations to meet the captive feed requirements by establishing a company by name R.J Feeds Pvt. Ltd.
2007	Diversification into Basic Infrastructure like Roads, Bridges, Dams etc.
2007	R J Biotech Pvt. Ltd. got recognition by Dept of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Govt. of India for its R & D centre at Pharola.
2008	Implementation of Microsoft Axapta ERP Software. This effort is aimed at improving customer satisfaction and to get the data online on the health of birds, mortality analysis, bird weight, etc, at the various farms.
