Khadkeshwar Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd. one of the prime companies of R.J.Group was commenced in the year 1993. The annual turnover of the group is around US $15 million. The company has a strong work force of about 1200 people and has excellent sales and after sales technical services network. The ultimate goal of Khadkeshwar Hatcheries is to become premier breeding farm and Hatchery are located in and around 25 Km at different locations from Aurangabad, Maharashtra State, India in isolated areas.


Recently the company has invested heavily in its infrastructure to upgrade the production and hatchery unit. The brooding, growing, laying farms and hatchery are located at separate independent sites and have been re-designed to minimize the infection and the effect of the surrounding environment. The new facilities are easier to clean and disinfect so the goal of Salmonella freedom can be pursued vigorously.

Khadkeshwar Hatcheries uses the automatic grading machine and Jamesway machine which are continuously monitored by sophisticated instruments and laboratories to maintain the superior quality of product.To this end, Khadkeshwar Hatcheries & Navjeevan Hatcheries would be the first prime hatchery to receive ISO 9002 Certificate in the world. The company is also planning for regular export of quality hatching eggs in near future. Currently, the company has capacity to produce 15 million chicks per annum.
